Salvia

Salvia’s are from the mint family and is the biggest genus in the lamiaceae family with around 950 species. They are a wonderful addition to any garden, with their aromatic foliage and boldly coloured flowers and bracts. they liven up the garden during the warmer months. They are known for their resilience and tolerance to heat and dry conditions so regular watering is not neccessary. Idealy great as filler plants for a perennial bed as the relaxed habit of this plant fills empty spaces well.
