GUARANTEE & RETURNS: At Garden Express you can make a purchase with confidence. Please check your order on arrival and let us of any concerns within 7 days. All of our living merchandise is normally guaranteed to grow if our free growing guide instructions are followed. Any guaranteed items that do not grow within 3 months (6 months for dormant items) will be replaced, credited to your account or fully refunded.
If an item you purchase does not flower or fruit with the correct colour, form or variety; our customer service department must be notified within the first growing season for your items to be eligible for replacement.
Please Note: Whilst every care is taken to provide accurate information and descriptions of every item, differences in climate, soils and growing conditions may cause differences with various characteristics. The information and images provided may not be completely accurate when grown in your particular climate or growing conditions.
Please contact our Customer Service department, either by email or telephone prior to making a return.
Discuss whether you require a refund, a store credit or a replacement. Please note: we reserve the right to request photos or further information about products that have failed to meet expectations, so please do not throw the item out until the claim has been settled.

Change of Mind Returns. Change of Mind returns will not be eligible for a Freight refund and items must be in original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
The exception to this guarantee is discounted, end of season stock which is sold on an ‘as is’ basis. Generally this stock is sound but should be planted as soon as possible and may not perform as well as normal “in season” products.
