Are you an experienced nursery all-rounder with a passion for plants and people? We’re looking for a hands-on Nursery Manager to help lead our Monbulk nursery.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a small team of nursery hands, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Plan and coordinate general nursery duties (spraying, watering, moving stock, potting, weeding, propagating)
- Communicate plant readiness, product issues, and ensure quality standards are met
- Safely operate equipment, including tractors and motorbikes (training provided if needed)
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment
- Uphold OHS standards and safe manual handling practices
- Assist across other areas of the business as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous nursery or horticulture experience
- Strong team leadership and communication skills
- Physically fit, active, and comfortable with manual work
- Willing to learn new skills, including chemical spraying, tractor, and motorbike operation
- Reliable, proactive, and safety-focused
Other Details
- You’ll need your own transport—public transport isn’t easily accessible in Monbulk
- Casual role, 5 days per week (up to 38 hours), with the potential for a permanent full-time position for the right person
