Nursery Hand Wanted | Monbulk, VIC

Love being outdoors, working with plants, and getting stuck into hands-on work? We’re looking for a reliable Nursery Hand with proven horticultural experience or is eager to learn to join our friendly team in Monbulk.

This is a practical, varied role suited to someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in doing things properly, and is happy to pitch in across the nursery and property as needed.

The role starts casual, with the opportunity to move into a permanent full-time position for the right person.

What you’ll be doing:

• General nursery and property handyman duties
• Propagating, harvesting, and dividing a range of plants
• Assisting with day-to-day nursery tasks and maintenance
• Operating a tractor and quad bike as part of daily work (training/induction provided as needed)
• Keeping work areas tidy and working safely at all

What we’re looking for:

• Practical, hands-on attitude and willingness to help across a variety of tasks
• Comfortable operating machinery such as a tractor and quad bike
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Physically fit and happy working outdoors)

Nice to have:

• Previous horticultural experience
• Broader nursery/farm experience across different plant types
• Basic mechanical know-how or confidence with equipment upkeep
