Dispatch Team Member Wanted – Nursery | Monbulk, VIC

Are you organised, hands-on, and ready to be part of a busy dispatch team? We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Dispatch Team Member to help get our products picked, labelled, and ready to go – while pitching in with general nursery and dispatch duties as needed.

This is a practical role suited to someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in doing things properly, and can follow processes to keep orders moving smoothly. The work is physical, so you’ll need to be comfortable with regular heavy lifting. Training will be provided for the right person.

The role starts casual, with the opportunity to move into a permanent full-time position for the right person.

What you’ll be doing:

• Picking and preparing products for dispatch
• Labelling products accurately
• Cleaning pots
• General dispatch and nursery duties as required
• Keeping the work area tidy and working safe

What we’re looking for:

• Reliable, hard-working, and motivated with a good attitude
• Organised and able to follow instructions and routines
• Basic computer skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with regular heavy lifting
• Willingness to learn and follow safe work practices
• Willing to learn to ride a quad bike (training provided)

Nice to have:

• Previous dispatch, warehouse, or nursery experience
• Experience using labels/scanning systems (not essential)
