Farm Hand Wanted – Farm | Healesville, VIC

Love working outdoors and getting stuck into a proper hands-on day’s work? We’re looking for a reliable Farm Hand who can drive tractors and is prepared to help with all aspects of farm work at our Healesville farm. This is a great role for someone practical, safety-minded, and happy to pitch in wherever needed.

You’ll be part of a small team keeping the farm running smoothly day to day. The work is varied and physical, and it suits someone who enjoys being outside in all seasons, can work independently, and takes pride in doing things properly.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating tractors and farm machinery safely
• General farm work as required (a bit of everything)
• Assisting with planting, maintenance, and day-to-day farm tasks
• Basic upkeep of equipment and keeping the work area tidy and safe
• Following safe work practices and looking out for the team

What we’re looking for:

• Confident tractor driving experience (essential)
• Reliable, hard-working, and ready to be hands-on
• Practical attitude and willingness to do all aspects of farm work
• Good awareness of safety and ability to follow instructions
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

Nice to have:

• Experience with other farm machinery/implements
• Basic mechanical know-how
• Previous horticulture/nursery/farm experience
