Pick Packers Wanted – Nursery/Warehouse | Monbulk, VIC

Are you quick on your feet, love a hands-on role, and want to be part of a close-knit team? Garden Express is Australia’s largest online and mail order garden supplier, proudly family owned and operated in Monbulk, Victoria. We’re looking for reliable, hard-working people to help us get plants, bulbs, and garden goodies out to our valued customers.

This role starts as casual, with the opportunity to go full time for the right person.

What you’ll be doing:

• Pick and pack a variety of plants, bulbs, and garden accessories for online orders
• Maintain plant stock and help out in the nursery
• General warehouse duties, including quality checks and keeping things tidy
• Safely handle products and equipment, following OHS guidelines

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in picking and packing (bonus if you’ve worked with plants or in a nursery before!)
• Fit, reliable, and fast-moving
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Motivated team player with a positive attitude
• Able to read and write English, with basic computer skills
• Available to work 5 days a week (Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4pm)
• Own transport is essential (public transport to Monbulk is limited)

Nice to have, but not essential:

• Prior experience in pick packing
• Knowledge of plants and bulbs
