About the Role:

As a Horticultural Worker, you’ll take on a variety of practical tasks, including:

• General handyman duties around the property
• Propagating, harvesting, and dividing a range of plants
• Operating a tractor and quad bike as part of daily work

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in horticultural work is essential
• Willingness to handle machinery (tractor, quad bike)
• A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Other Details

• You’ll need your own transport—public transport isn’t easily accessible in Monbulk
• Casual role, 5 days per week (up to 38 hours), with the potential for a permanent full-time position for the right person
