We are looking for an restock and store person.

MUST READ:
As part of your role, you will be restocking the pick/packer shelves with product and packing materials. Your main task is to replenish this area so our packers can work seamlessly without stopping to look for product or boxes etc. You will assist in our plant’s nursery accepting deliveries and helping with ALL heavy lifting. The hours are 7:30 to 4pm MONDAY to THURSDAY and 7:30 to 1pm FRIDAY.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- General warehousing duties
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Restocking shelves with product
- Assist in other areas of the warehouse
- Picking and packing
- Quality assurance of product
Essential criteria
- MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT HEAVY CRATES/TREES/PRODUCT ETC
- Must be able to read and write English
- Willingness to assist in other areas of the nursery and shed incl. production line work
- Ability to plan and prioritise tasks
- Aspiration to progress and learn
Desirable
- Forklift license
- Plant knowledge and/or previous nursery industry experience (not essential)
- Warehousing and/or picking and packing experience
Please note employment offer commences as a casual contract moving to permanent for the right person.
