Page 07 Chamelaucium Wax Flower

A beautiful rounded shrub with large waxy flowers, Chamelaucium Waxflower are also known as Geraldton Waxflower.
Bred for the cut flower market, these hardy Australian Natives show off a profusion of large flowers borne on long stems from late Winter to early Spring. These beautiful and long lasting flowers create an absolute spectacle against the fine green foliage.
Well suited to most parts of Australia, Waxflowers are drought tolerant once established, and will grow in a wide range of well drained soils. Prefers a sunny position but will grow well in a partly shaded position, however the amount of flowers may be compromised. Waxflowers tolerate a light frost once established, in cooler more exposed climates ensure plants have some shelter.
