Lycium bartarum
Small red berries grow on what is best described as a 'vine-shrub'. Increased volumes and larger berries are produced each year. Mature plants take up to 5 years. Sweet, delicious flavoured berries that can be eaten straight from the vine or dried for year-round use. Great for snacks, used in salads or added into stews or baked goods. Goji Berries are a very rich source of vitamin C. They are also a superb source of vitamin A, and have vitamins B1, B2, B6, E and are a famous antioxidant.
