Gardening with Australian Plants: an introductory course. Based in Eltham, this course over 5 nights is designed for people who want to grow Australian native plants but don’t know how to begin. It covers a wide range of topics including planning your garden, plant selection, care of plants, and growing from seeds and cuttings. It will be run by members of the Australian Plants Society, which has 50 years’ practical experience in growing native plants in home gardens. $50 for 5 Tuesdays, from April 27 to May 25, 7.30 - 9pm.
